Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy outlines how you can manage or cancel these purchases.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your order, and your item will be fulfilled once it becomes available.

Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to fulfillment for a full refund.

Once your order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in line with our returns policy. Please refer to our returns policy for further details on refunds and exchanges.
