Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days | Free on orders over $100, otherwise $10
Express Shipping — 1–3 business days | $15

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please be reminded all pre-orders will have an ETA fulfillment date on the product page when you order

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations including the United States, Canada and New Zealand.

International Standard — 7–14 business days
International Express — 3–7 business days .

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your order via Australia Post

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@scrubsplus.com.au and we'll make it right.
